In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise.

Access to and use of the km789 Services is strictly limited to persons who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. km789 enforces a strict 21+ policy in accordance with the age norms applicable to the Indonesian market it primarily serves.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of another individual, a legal entity, or a third party is prohibited.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling services is expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the km789 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee, contractor, director, or officer of km789 or any of its affiliated entities, technology providers, or gaming-content studios.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the km789 platform through a self-exclusion request or a Company-imposed account closure for a material breach of these Terms.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence.

To access the km789 Services, you must register a personal Account. The following rules apply to all account registrations:

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the km789 platform at any time. Opening, or attempting to open, more than one Account — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts and their associated balances will be closed without prior notice.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your Account, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address (including city — for example, Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, or Bali), and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held therein.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for choosing a strong, unique password for your km789 Account and for keeping that password confidential. You must notify km789 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

3.4 Account Approval

km789 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons. Account approval is not guaranteed and is subject to KYC screening, fraud checks, and geographic eligibility assessment at the sole discretion of the Company.

Your km789 Account is personal and non-transferable. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any other individual to access or use your Account. km789 will treat all actions taken through your Account — including wagers placed and withdrawals requested — as having been authorised by you.

km789 applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all platform connections. However, no security system is infallible, and the Company cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted over the internet. You are encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available and to log out of your Account when using shared or public devices.

If km789's security team detects unusual login patterns or activity indicative of account compromise, it may suspend the Account temporarily and contact you via your registered email address to verify your identity before restoring access. This is a protective measure; cooperation with such requests is a condition of continued Account access.

km789 is required under its international gaming licence to implement a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process for all Players. KYC verification may be triggered at registration, at the time of the first withdrawal request, or at any point where the Company has reason to verify your identity.

5.1 Documents Required

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo identification document. Indonesian players should provide a current KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), passport, or SIM (driving licence).
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months showing your name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where required, evidence that the deposit payment method (e.g., a BCA, BRI, or BNI bank account) is registered in your own name.

5.2 Verification Timeline

km789 aims to complete KYC verification within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documentation. During the verification period, withdrawals may be placed on hold. If verification is not completed within 30 days of a KYC request being issued, km789 may suspend the Account and return any deposited funds to the originating payment method, less any amounts already wagered.

5.3 Ongoing Monitoring

KYC is an ongoing obligation. The Company may request updated documentation at any time, including where a Player's wagering patterns change significantly, where a high-value withdrawal is requested, or where required by the Company's licensing body.

km789 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time.

• The minimum deposit is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by km789, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — i.e., deposits made from an account belonging to another individual — are not accepted and will be returned to the originating account.
• km789 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges, for which km789 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your km789 Balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit is not reflected in your Account within 30 minutes, contact support at [email protected] with your payment reference.
• km789 reserves the right to decline, reverse, or place on hold any deposit that it has reason to believe is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

Players may request a withdrawal of their real-money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause. Withdrawal requests are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) only.

• The minimum withdrawal is Rp 50.000.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes during WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) business hours. Processing times may be longer outside these hours, during public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August), or during periods of high volume.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible. km789 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal to a new or alternative payment method.
• Your Account must have successfully completed KYC verification before any withdrawal above the Company's internal KYC threshold can be processed.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are not permitted until the full wagering requirement attached to those funds has been satisfied. Only the real-money portion of a mixed Balance (real money + bonus funds) is withdrawable prior to wagering requirement completion.
• km789 does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing times for bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) may differ from e-wallet transfers (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) due to interbank clearing schedules.

km789 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

8.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier, eligible games or markets, maximum qualifying bet per round, and expiry time frame for each bonus are set out in that promotion's individual terms, accessible from the promotions page of the km789 platform.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

km789 has a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus; using low-risk betting strategies (e.g., placing opposing bets across markets) designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk; and coordinating with other players to systematically exploit promotional terms. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated bonus funds and derived winnings will be forfeited.

8.3 Promotional Eligibility

km789 reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its discretion, including where a Player's wagering history suggests the primary motivation for account activity is promotional exploitation rather than recreational play. Promotions may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.

8.4 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings

Unless otherwise stated, winnings derived from free spins or no-deposit bonus funds may be subject to a maximum cashout cap as specified in the individual promotion terms. Winnings exceeding this cap will be removed from the Balance upon withdrawal request processing.

All wagers placed on the km789 platform are subject to the product-specific rules applicable to each betting vertical. Players are advised to review the relevant rules before placing wagers.

9.1 Sportsbook

Sports bets — including pre-match, in-play, and mix parlay (accumulator) bets — are settled in accordance with the outcome of the relevant sporting event as officially recorded by the governing body. km789 follows BRI Liga 1 official standings for Indonesian football markets, alongside official results for EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Piala AFF, and all other covered competitions. Where an event is cancelled, postponed beyond 24 hours, or abandoned without a result, bets will be voided and stakes returned.

9.2 Casino & Live Casino

All casino game results — including live dealer games powered by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live — are determined by certified RNG systems or by live game mechanics, as applicable. The rules of each game are displayed within the game interface. km789 accepts no responsibility for errors arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.

9.3 Slots

Slot game outcomes are determined exclusively by the RNG of the game studio (Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, and others). Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are published within the game's paytable or information panel. km789 cannot influence slot outcomes.

9.4 Void Bets

km789 reserves the right to void any wager that was placed at odds or game parameters that were the result of a manifest technical error. Players will be notified of any such void, and stakes will be returned to their Account Balance promptly.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the km789 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and — where applicable — referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place wagers or interact with the platform in a manner that bypasses normal player interactions.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the platform's software for financial gain. Any winnings accrued through a known or suspected software error will be voided.
• Attempting to launder money or use the km789 platform as a vehicle for any financial crime. km789 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities under its international licensing obligations.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct intended to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event on which a wager has been placed.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing km789 customer support staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Impersonating another Player, a km789 employee, or any third party.
• Accessing the km789 platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tool for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account-level restrictions imposed by the Company.

km789 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following tools are available free of charge to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your Account settings. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced with immediate effect; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you after a set duration of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up summaries of your session duration and net wagering position.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from wagering for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) without permanently closing your Account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the km789 platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from any km789 content; use km789's brand assets (including the km789 name and logo) in any context without prior written consent; or reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the platform's software.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to km789 regarding the platform may be used by the Company freely, without obligation or compensation to you, to improve its products and services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, km789 — including its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and technology providers — shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the km789 Services.
• Any losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, platform outages, or third-party payment processing delays that are beyond the Company's reasonable control.
• Any wagers lost as a result of a Player's voluntary decision to place a bet, including where the Player claims insufficient understanding of the applicable game or betting rules.
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to a Player's Account where the Player has failed to adequately protect their login credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature, even where km789 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

km789's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause limits or excludes km789's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

km789's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions.

By registering an Account, you consent to km789 processing your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, transaction processing, customer support, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications relating to km789 promotions and new product features.

km789 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (payment processors, KYC verification platforms, game studios) strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

km789 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, km789 will notify registered Players by email to their registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a period of not less than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the km789 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your Balance by contacting support before the effective date.

The version of the Terms displayed on the km789 website at any given time constitutes the current binding version. The "Last updated" date shown at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which km789 holds its international gaming licence.

The parties agree that any dispute arising from this Agreement shall first be submitted to km789's internal dispute resolution process. To initiate a dispute, contact [email protected] with a written description of your complaint. km789 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and aims to resolve complaints within 14 business days.

If an internal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be escalated to the applicable independent dispute resolution body specified under km789's international gaming licence. The decision of that body shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect that party's rights pending the outcome of the dispute resolution process.
